Miss Olympia
Last week Abbie finished Little Gym. Apparently she won the toddler decathalon or something because she came home with this, and has refused to take it off for the last 4-5 days. On the bright-side, at least she doesn't stand on the couch and demand that we play the National Anthem.

Fathers Day Weekend
Whew.... what a weekend.
It started with a Daddy/Abbie Saturday morning trip to the playground. It was pretty hot, so after about an hour, we went to rest in the shade. All of a sudden Abbie stood up, hugged me, and said "Daddy, Thank you sooo much!" ---- License or no license, if she could say the words "Mercedes", we'd be at a dealer that afternoon.
But.... since a car was out of the question... Daddy took her to the next best place. Her first trip to Mickey D's!!!!!
Later on Saturday, Abbie sat on the couch and watched the Open with Daddy... and kept yelling, "Go Rory! Go Rory!". Pretty sure she's on the bandwagon like Daddy.
On Sunday, Abbie gave Daddy her present... a personal calendar for work with pictures of the two of them. When I opened it up to July, there was a picture from last summer of us on a Merry-Go-Round. Abbie pointed at it, and excitedly screamed "Daddy! 'member that!". Not sure where the heck she learned that from, but it was pretty friggin funny so I thought I'd share.
Then, it was off to lunch with Pop Pop Bob, Bubba, & Mimi. Very good times there - especially as Abbie was very well behaved in the restaurant.
All in all a great weekend! Thank you for all the presents/cards and many memories!

But after the pool, BiBi went to her car and found a flat tire. And Abbie knew she had to get to her flag football game that night, so she grabbed the wrench and got to work with Daddy. Meanwhile, Pop Pop Charlie sat on a lawn chair in the shade and read the owners manual --- pretty sure he's still trying to learn if there's a proper order to unscrew the lugnuts in Section 11-C.

Team Lager
Here's the newest member of Team Lager at the Milde Golf Outing on Friday. She even made her way out to the 9th green to tend the flag and line up some putts for her old man. What a gal.
Next year she's playing the 8th and 9th holes with us, and Uncle Michael can wait at the hot dog stand.
